Avendo fatto ricerche e avendo guardato numerosi documentari sulla mafia, ho avuto l’occasione di analizzare la storia di uno delle tante vittime della mafia. Questo articolo parla di Pino Puglisi che venne nominato parroco in un paesino della provincia palermitana che in quegli anni era interessato da una feroce lotta tra due famiglie mafiose. Il prete riuscì a far riconciliare le due famiglie infatti rimase parroco per altri 8 anni. Ho scelto in particolare questa storia perché lui a differenza di altri è stato ucciso per il suo costante impegno evangelico e sociale.
Credo che la scelta migliore sia di associarlo a questa illustrazione, perché secondo me ci vuole tanto coraggio a lottare contro famiglie mafiose, ma soprattutto lo associo alla paura perché credo che deve aver avuto tanta paura ad affrontare situazioni del genere soprattutto se si decide a lottare contro la mafia.
